We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing our company's records and documents. This is a vital role that ensures the smooth operation of our business processes and efficiently facilitates the retrieval of information. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational... skills and a keen eye for detail. You should be familiar with creating and managing physical and digital filing systems, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing the extensive records we maintain. Responsibilities ? Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring proper organization and indexing of records ? Sort, categorize, and file documents and records according to established procedures ? Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records ? Retrieve and deliver requested documents and records to authorized personnel in a timely manner ? Assist in the development and implementation of records management policies and procedures ? Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely records transfer and disposal ? Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding record keeping Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent qualification ? Previous experience as a Records Clerk or in a similar role is preferred ? Proficient computer skills, including experience with document management software and systems ? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ? Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks ?
