We are excited to offer an opportunity for two dedicated and dynamic college students to join our Human Resources Team, supporting a wide range of certification and hiring programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging their academic learning in a practical, impactful work environment. Working remotely, the successful candidates will play a crucial role in streamlining... our recruitment and examination processes, contributing significantly to our mission of maintaining the integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with the administration of the Exam and Certification Online System (ECOS) and maintain various databases and logs. Prepare and redact candidate application packages, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate and schedule interviews, contributing to the efficiency of the recruitment process. Manage and update organizational documentation and charts. Handle general inquiries and support special projects as needed, providing essential support to the Human Resources Team. Required Ideal Candidate Profile: Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Government, Public Policy & Administration, or a related field. Available to work up to 24 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks. Maintains a minimum GPA of 2.5. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Shows a high level of integrity, dependability, and initiative. Preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Individuals with backgrounds as a dependent child in foster care, a homeless youth, or a formerly incarcerated youth are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority consideration.
