We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who can bring a user-focused approach and a strong understanding of payment systems to our team. If you are creative, collaborative, and have a keen eye for detail, we want you to be a part of our journey towards revolutionizing the way people pay for their favorite movies and shows. Develop and implement innovative and user-friendly payment solutions for Netflix members worldwide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify and understand user needs and translate them into design solutions. Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback on payment experiences and iterate designs based on findings. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Lead and facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to payment systems. Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the development process. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the payment experience. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for payment systems to ensure consistency and quality. Communicate and present design solutions to stakeholders, including product managers, executives, and external partners. Mentor and guide junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow professionally. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure payment solutions are compliant with regulations and policies. Continuously gather and analyze data to measure the success of payment solutions and identify areas for improvement. Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
