Key Responsibilities • Execute data enrichment tasks following comprehensive training provided by the client. • Handle credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. • Engage with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications. • Guarantee the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry benchmarks. • Validate information supplied by third-party entities using online databases for cross-verification. • Undertake additional responsibilities as required. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal. • Capable of thriving in a remote work environment. • An internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred. • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
