You’ll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings • Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups • Provide ongoing support to answer any questions about benefits Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment from home • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • No prior experience required—training provided!
