Job Overview We are in search of a meticulous and organized Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Revol AV Inc in a part-time, remote capacity. This pivotal role is essential for managing our financial operations, encompassing bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. In addition, the individual will provide vital administrative and operational support to optimize workflow and enhance service delivery. This position offers an exciting potential for career advancement, with opportunities for transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Flexible Work Hours: Enjoy a part-time role, fully remote, requiring 5-15 hours per week, allowing you to create your own schedule. • Bookkeeping: Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks by recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Ensure smooth financial operations by managing invoicing and payment collections. • Payroll: Prepare and process payroll accurately and punctually. • Vendor Management: Handle vendor payments and maintain current records. • Financial Support: Assist with financial reporting and data entry as required. • Administrative Support: Aid in tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation to assist the CEO and ensure operational efficiency. Required Skills • Proven experience in bookkeeping and managing daily financial operations, preferably in a small business environment. • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. • Strong organizational capabilities with an aptitude for effectively managing multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused mindset. • Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance obligations. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new industry-relevant skills. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or managing financial operations is essential.
