Our team of experienced coaches works closely with students and families to ensure successful outcomes. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior College Guidance Counselor to join our part-time coaching staff. In this role, you will work directly with students and their families to understand their unique needs and goals, and provide tailored guidance throughout the college search and application process. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and their families  Provide expert guidance on college selection, application strategies, and essay development  Collaborate with other coaches to share best practices and resources Requirements:  Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred  3+ years of direct experience in college consulting or admissions  Advanced understanding of the modern college search and application process  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $120-$180 per hour for coaching services, plus additional hourly compensation for training and administrative functions Apply Job!Â
