This includes ongoing training and development opportunities, access to a range of teaching resources, and a dedicated support team to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed The Job: Working Hours: • Monday - Friday: 00:00-08:00 SAST • Monday - Friday: 19:00-02:00 SAST • Monday - Friday: 01:00-07:30 SAST • Saturday & Sunday 11:00-19:00 SAST • Saturday & Sunday 11:00-19:00 • Monday - Friday 19:00-02:00 • Monday - Friday 00:00-08:00 • Saturday - Wednesday 14:00-21:00 The shifts are booked two weeks in advance within your chosen working hours. Key Responsibilities: • Guide adults in understanding the English language whilst delivering lessons based on a pre-set lesson plan. • Manage your teaching schedule which is set 2 weeks in advance. • Engage and encourage students positively in their English language learning journey. • Provide students with constructive feedback during classes through the use of error correction techniques. • Manage a classroom and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency. Minimum requirements: • A matric/high school diploma is required • A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate is required • 3 months of teaching experience (formal or informal) is required • 3 months of English teaching experience is preferred • Great command of the English language (accent neutral) • Computer literate and able to troubleshoot Technical Requirements: Internet Connection: • A stable FIBRE internet connection - at a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds  • PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection  PC specifications : • Processor: Intel ® Core™ i5 Six Generation Processor • Quad Core CPU • Memory: 8GB RAM or greater Backup power system: • Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)/ Portable Power Staton with a battery life of up to 4-5 hours (2000VA / 300 WH). • A separate mini power supply system to power your fibre router as an independent system. Other: • Noise-cancelling  headsets and HD web camera.  • Back-up headset is highly recommended  • Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment Apply Job!
