National Real Estate Company seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant for our apartment community on the north side of Columbus, OH near OSU campus. Experience in leasing apartments preferred but we will consider candidates who have retail experience with national companies. Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments, marketing the property and maintaining positive resident... relations. Leasing Consultants will be asked to distribute and follow-up on renewal notices. Leasing Consultants will represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and value customer service. General schedule is as follows:  Saturday 7 hour shift  Sunday 5 hour shift  an additional 4-8 hours, as needed during the week and in accordance with your availability  20 hours per week total Our Benefits to you include:  Competitive hourly rate + quarterly bonuses!!!  401K program with a highly competitive company match  Apartment discount available.
