Job Description: Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from your home... office. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Provide feedback to management on client trends and market conditions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a home office - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks for growth - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Benefits: - Retirement plan - Disability insurance - Free accommodation for work-related travel Working Environment: At Coca-Cola European Partners, we encourage a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for growth.
