Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Entry-level) Location: Menominee, MI Duration: 6+ Months Pay Rate: $27-31/hr. on w2 Responsibilities Position would have coverage over high volume assembly supporting operations addressing safety, quality, velocity, and cost metrics. This individual would be responsible for project management, continuous improvement project implementations and root cause analysis. Design/Develop new tooling, equipment improvements, investigate any quality issues and develop corrective actions, Etc. Education & Experience Required: • Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred). • Prior manufacturing experience (Required) Technical Skills • AutoCad or similar 2D modeling • Creo or other 3D modeling • MS suite (Desired) • Data analytics (Required) Soft Skills • Problem Solving • Communication, both oral and written • Project management • Ability to take initiative. • Ability to work independently and with a team.
