Responsibilities • Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or concerns. • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing customer needs and exceeding their expectations. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers with accurate information. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly. • Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. • Perform administrative tasks, such as updating customer profiles and processing orders. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to type quickly and accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant computer applications.
