Responsibilities • Lead Conversion: Call from our pool of 80,000+ leads to identify and convert opportunities into contracts. • Client Assistance: Help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process. • Market Research: Conduct property evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive pricing and provide insights to clients. • Negotiations: Represent clients in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and protecting their best interests. • Real Estate Expertise: Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and industry best practices to guide clients effectively. • Marketing: Use innovative marketing strategies to promote listings, generate interest, and attract potential buyers.
