Description:  Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program.  Created by clinical experts and people with lived experience.  Empowers individuals to reach lasting recovery with dedicated care teams.  Operates in all 50 states partnered with most major health insurance plans.  Looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support patient and family scheduling needs.  Responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for accessing Equip providers.  Supports care collaboration with external providers. Requirements:  BachelorÂs degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required  Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment  Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail  Ability to navigate ambiguity  Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams  Knowledge of HIPAA policies and... procedures  Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR)  Schedule: 8a-5p PST; preference for people who reside in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time.
