Part-Time Evening Shift Retention Specialist Are you ready to be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond? Your Responsibilities: As a Retention Specialist, your primary goal is to retain existing customers for one of our top clients by demonstrating the value of their life insurance policies. You’ll work directly with policyholders who may be considering canceling their policies, explaining the benefits of maintaining their coverage. • Engage in high-volume phone contact with policyholders requesting cancellations. • Resell the benefits of life insurance and highlight its importance. • Handle cancellation requests and provide thorough, personalized service. • Maintain high standards for call volume, handling time, and overall time management. • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, whether via phone, email, or written correspondence. What We’re Looking For: • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction (strict requirement). • Must be 18 years of age or older. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Remote work experience is strongly preferred, though not required. • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload with a hard-wired connection). • Smartphone access for VPN use. • Upselling or retention experience is a preferred. • Quiet and professional workspace. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic keyboard functions. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused. Perks: • Pay: $16.35 per hour (+$1.00 if bilingual in Spanish and able to pass bilingual assessment). • Eligible for bonus pay based on performance. • Schedule: • Part-time evening shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST. • Work from Home: Equipment provided. • Training: 4 weeks of paid training (Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM CST - 9:00 PM CST). Please Note: We are currently unable to hire candidates residing in the following states: Puerto Rico, California, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Washington D.C., Wyoming.
