[Remote-Position] Remote call center

Who we are : What we offer : What we offer ... • Fully remote role • Fully paid training • Competitive hourly base pay + uncapped bonus potential • Full-time position 40 hours per week! • Opportunity for growth and development • Employer-sponsored benefits The job : As a Remote Call Center Sales Advisor , you will : • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) promoting NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Network • Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues • Address client objections effectively and provide information to overcome potential barriers to the sale • Maintain a strong understanding of products • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and client details • Meet and / or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs You are a great fit if you have : • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience • A minimum of 6 months experience with outbound sales • B2B experience • Experience with handling objections • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using various software applications and programs. • Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States This position requires using one's personal computer with our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) platform. Successful applicants will need their own personal Windows 10 / 11 device (Unfortunately our remote work software will not work on Macs or Chromebooks at this time). The device will need to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cord for a secure connection. It should have a minimum of 8 GB RAM. A USB headset is required for daily work and a Webcam is required for training.
