This position entails providing essential support to our healthcare client through various data enrichment tasks. As a key contributor, you will ensure the maintenance of high standards of accuracy and quality assurance throughout your work... Key Responsibilities • Execute data enrichment tasks by adhering to client guidelines. • Assist with credentialing processes, including data entry, vendor verifications, and board certifications. • Liaise with state boards and credentialing authorities to monitor status updates and authenticate information. • Ensure that credentialing data is precise and adheres to industry standards. • Verify information from third-party sources by utilizing online databases. • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to bolster the team's efforts. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in operating within a remote environment, equipped with reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or customer service roles is advantageous. • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (weekends off).
