Required Skills • Extensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment. • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing underwriting teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficient in underwriting software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients, team members, and senior management. • Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity levels in a remote setting. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in underwriting.
