Since our founding in 1987, we have made it our mission to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the specialty chemical sector. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing product information in real-time through our online chat platform. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to respond swiftly and accurately to a range of queries while fostering a positive experience.
