Job Description Day to Day: A manufacturing semiconductor client is hiring for a Program/Project Manager that can sit remotely or hybrid in Milpitas, CA and Ann Arbor, MI. This candidate will be responsible for providing architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts. Additional responsibilities includes closely with developers and engineers to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure. Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements. Additionally, this candidate will understand the interactions between systems, applications, analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: 3-10 years' experience managing IT project management 3+ years' experience design, implement, and maintain organization systems and/or IT infrastructure with an emphasis on Cloud and Datacenter experience. Experience working with developers and engineers to develop roadmaps for applications and integration. Being detail oriented while managing 5-20 direct reports and 2-3 projects at a time. Experience with Cloud Solutions Software: AWS, Oracle, Azure etc. Must be well versed with working cross functionally, with key stakeholders in different time zones and have strong video conferencing skills.
