Job Description of Express Delivery Driver: The role of a Express Delivery Driver requires you to deliver packages to customers by adhering to a set route. It is your duty to make sure that the packages arrive at their destination without any damage, on schedule, and in pristine condition, thus contributing to FedEx's standing as a reliable provider of delivery services. Responsibilities of Express Delivery Driver: Â Transport packages efficiently and without any delay to customers. Â Unpack and offload the delivered items from the transport vehicle. Â Follow a predetermined roadmap and program. Â Record and document all deliveries accurately. Â Communicate with dispatchers and patrons as appropriate. Â The observance of safety protocols and procedures helps prevent workplace hazards and risks. Â Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear and tear or damage and report any issues immediately. Qualifications of Express Delivery Driver: Â High school diploma or equivalent. Â Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Â Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
