In Short • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave’s internal IT function. • Manage and enhance HRIS systems. • Collaborate with HR to support the company’s growing workforce. • Investigate potential HRIS systems. • Automate and integrate IT systems for employee lifecycle management. • Support the legal team in creating efficient workflows. • Implement strong security and compliance practices. • Oversee support for end users. Requirements • 10+ years in a senior leadership role. • Experience in developing financial and supply chain systems. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
