Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat • Deliver accurate information about our products and services • Schedule appointments based on customer needs • Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services • Capture customer contact details for effective lead generation • Summarize customer interactions for analytical purposes and client review Required Skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities • Proficient in English, both spoken and written • Fast typing skills (minimum of 35 WPM) • Basic internet and computer literacy • Effective multitasking skills Qualifications • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, though not mandatory • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is advantageous) • A positive and professional demeanor is essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Adaptability to change and enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
