ROLE: We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide a magical experience before they arrive at their local Enchanted Fairies to have an adventure. Because of the family-oriented wholesome nature of our company, we are seeking someone who can connect with others and make their day. Our perfect magical Social Media Representative will oversee our social media support team by assisting our amazing guests/potential guests with their social media (i.e., FB, IG, Twitter, etc.) inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responds to inquiries and comments across all social media platforms. • Ensures all client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally across multiple channels. • Develops a thorough understanding of our magical experiences. • Ensures the appropriate actions are taken to resolve guests' problems and concerns. • Maintains records of client interactions with inquiry details, complaints, or comments. • Attends and participates in department and/or company meetings. REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a minimum of 1 year of social media client support experience or a similar role. • Must have previous CRM and social media management software experience. Agora experience preferred. • Intermediate technical skills are required. (i.e., Windows/Mac, Office Suite, CRM, etc.) • You are a master of tech and can adapt and learn new software easily. • Must have a reliable Computer with Very Fast Internet (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION! • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. • Has a high attention to detail and approaches work in an organized manner. • Resourceful and diligent in research. • Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals. • High level of emotional intelligence.
