Responsibilities Responsibilities • Own and drive the architecture, design, implementation and shipping products • Collaborate... across teams and organizations as part of shaping the product • Develop and mentor a strong, diverse team and be a role model • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, be self-directed, and work well with other people • Foster a culture of being agile, innovative, team-oriented and customer-focused Qualifications We expect the candidate to have: • 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in building large-scale services and enterprise grade software • Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in computer science engineering or equivalent • Experience with Java, C++, C# or similar • Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills • Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale • Effective communicator and collaborator • Experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams and being a thought leader within the team • Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
