Full training is provided, ensuring you’re well-prepared to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via live chat, providing support, answering queries, and offering solutions. Learn about our clients’ products and services to offer accurate and helpful information. Utilize provided scripts and training materials to handle common questions and situations. Document interactions and feedback to help improve the customer experience. Rate: $35 per hour with the opportunity for growth and increased responsibility. Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for web chat (smartphone, tablet, laptop). Ability to commit to at least 15 hours of work per week. No previous experience is required; we’re looking for motivated learners! Skills and Background: Strong written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
