Key Responsibilities: • Cook and prepare dishes such as wings, burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers using the recipes and standards specified by the restaurant. • Effectively operate kitchen equipment, like fryers, grills, and ovens, with proper safety measures and efficient performance. • Keep your food products safe and in optimal condition by following reliable sanitation practices. Proper food handling and storage methods coupled with a clean kitchen environment is key to ensuring quality. • Confirm that the cuisine is prepared and presented in adherence to the procedures of the establishment and the tastes of the patrons. • Timely food delivery is crucial during peak periods to maintain customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty to the establishment. • Aiding in the formation of the kitchen area, equipping it with the necessary supplies and resources needed for cooking activities. • Demonstrate effective communication skills when working with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure the successful delivery of orders. • Uphold and follow all the guidelines and protocols issued by the company, paying special attention to the ones that relate to quality food safety and health standards.
