As a Travel Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in fulfilling their travel aspirations by offering exceptional customer service and upselling exclusive travel packages... What you'll do: • Consultative Selling: Utilize your expertise to understand member needs and tailor personalized travel solutions. • Outbound Sales: Make proactive calls to reach potential members and introduce our exciting travel offerings. • Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and metrics. • Product Knowledge: Become a brand expert and guide members towards the best products and services. • Member Support: Assist members with understanding their benefits and address inquiries with confidence. • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your team to achieve shared goals. • Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
