Crew Member $12-14/hr WeÂre looking for passionate and fun-loving people to join our team at Popeye's! As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and welcoming environment to enjoy their meal. Benefits  Discounted employee meals during shift  PTO  Flexible scheduling  Career development  Growth Opportunities Job Summary  Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality  Maintain a clean work environment following safety and sanitation guidelines  Monitor and correct cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, and outside area  Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring the condiment stand, beverage ice levels, and restocking as needed  Monitor stock levels of paper supplies and restock as needed  Prepare and package sandwiches and side items  Assist with putting away food orders and follow FIFO  Bake and dress biscuits  Communicate any problems to the manager, safety, and security Requirements  Friendly and outgoing personality  Dependable and Reliable are a must  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends  Strong attention to detail  Positive attitude and willingness to learn  Excellent communication and organizational skills  Familiarity with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations  Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment  Problem-solving and conflict management abilities  A willingness to learn and to grow with the company About us Popeye's is a fast-food restaurant chain known for our famous fried chicken and sides.
