We are currently seeking Online Chat Support Assistants to join our team, providing exceptional service support to our customers. In this role, you’ll assist customers by answering questions about products, services, and account details, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. You’ll be the go-to person for customer queries, offering solutions and helping navigate our online... platforms. Contract Details: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour Key Responsibilities: Directly interact with customers via online chat, addressing their questions about products, services, and account information. Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Access to a device with internet capabilities for social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop). Ability to work independently, with a keen ability to adhere to instructions and procedures. Availability to work 5 to 40 hours per week. Stable and reliable internet connection. Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Location: Fully remote, ideal for candidates based in the United States.
