We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you'll engage with TikTok users in real-time, assist with inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and contribute to an engaging and friendly user experience during TikTok Live events. This is a flexible remote position, perfect for individuals who are active TikTok users and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities  Monitor and respond to live chat messages during TikTok Live events.  Address user questions, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.  Foster a positive and engaging experience for live audiences by providing timely and professional responses.  Collaborate with the content team to ensure a seamless live event experience.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok platform updates and features. Qualifications  Strong written communication skills in English.  Experience with TikTok as a platform, including familiarity with its Live features.  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, real-time environment.  Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.  Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
