Position Title: Clinical Supervisor BCaBA Salary Range: $62,250 - $80,846 commensurate with experience BCBA Salary Range:$82,450 - $102,820 commensurate with experience Qualifications (Minimum): BCBA or BCaBA and LBA/LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine Job Duties- Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
- Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
- Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
- Data analysis
- Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
- Conduct clinical supervision
- Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
- Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
