Job title: Fully-Remote Agile Lead (Agile Transformation) - Active Secret or TS Clearance Company: Zachary Piper Solutions Job description: Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Agile Lead to join a 5-year DoD program supporting the Air Force through 100% permanently remote work. The Agile Lead will coach teams on how to best use agile practices to deliver high quality software development products and services. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TS CLEARANCE Responsibilities of the Agile Lead include:
- Guide the Scrum team on Agile best practices and principles.
- Identify areas of strengths and improvements, and coach on best development techniques.
- Collaborate with Scrum Team, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to drive decision making and support project/product teams.
- Conduct events, daily standup meetings, sprints, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions.
- Serve as the liaison between the Government Product Owner and the Scrum team.
Qualifications for the Agile Lead include:
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or a similar role in a software development environment, using Atlassian tools (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Git, GitHub, etc.)
- Experience in the transformation from Waterfall to Agile
- Experience supporting DevOps Engineering and CI/CD Pipelines
Compensation for the Agile Lead include:
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000
depending on experience & non-negotiable beyond 115K
