Costco Brand Ambassador/Lead-Generator (Part-Time/Weekends)

At All Four Seasons Garage Doors, we specialize in new garage doors, replacements, and installations. With 25 years in business, trust and reliability are at the heart of everything we do—we treat our customers like family. We’re looking for outgoing, confident personalities to represent our brand inside area Costco stores – people who love talking, connecting, and creating great first impressions. This Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator will simply strike up a conversation with those who might be in need of garage and other doors for their homes and set appointments. The purpose of this position is to develop a list of homeowners/leads so that our salesperson can follow up with them later. You will be at a table in one of 5 local Costco locations, generating interest and guiding customers toward garage door installation and service solutions. What’s In It for You
- Competitive Pay – Average of $30/hour.
- $20/hour, PLUS receive $20 per appointment/lead, AND an additional $50 for each lead that turns into a sale!
- Mileage reimbursement for travel (after 40 miles).
- Friday (9-8)
- Saturday & Sunday (9-6) – average of 8-10 hour days.
- Location: 5 Nashville Area Costco Locations
What You'll Do
- Be the face of All Four Seasons Garage Doors, engaging with potential customers at our “Big Box” store locations and trade show events.
- Spark meaningful conversations and promote the benefits of our products and services.
- Uphold both company and vendor partner standards, ensuring top-tier customer experience.
- Generate high-quality leads for our in-home consultation team.
- Represent the company’s values of integrity and excellence.

Experience and General Requirements
- One year of brand ambassador, customer service or sales - preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Professional appearance.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds but can fit items in store carts (a light-weight podium and two light displays).
