If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to thrive in the fast-paced transportation industry, this remote role is for you.What You'll Do:
- Assist dispatchers with load booking, tracking, and check calls to keep our drivers moving.
- Support recruiters by screening truck driver candidates, verifying documents, and scheduling follow-ups.
- Process applications using platforms like Breezy and Tenstreet for seamless recruitment workflows.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and team members via phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and manage compliance files in our CRM systems.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) for sourcing freight.
- Tenstreet and driver onboarding tools for recruitment processes.
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for managing leads and data.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
- Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Voice, WhatsApp) for team and driver interactions.
- Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data tracking.
- Ring Central, Dial Pad, etc
- Previous experience in dispatching or driver recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
