Primary Job Duties:As a Training Coordinator you will work in an environment full of variety and time sensitive deadlines that requires critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.   • Pay rate is $18.81 hourly with potential growth based on performance and skill level demonstrated.
Training Coordinators are responsible for arranging all aspects of the training phases of our pilots. This process is complex and your knowledge will build as different areas are introduced and assigned.
  • Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day
  • Build schedules for tracking
  • Classroom
  • Training Devices
  • Simulators
  • Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
  • Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
  • Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
  • Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.
  • Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies
  • Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
  • Self-starter and motivated team player
  • Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
  • Ability to maintain a productive work environment; remaining courteous and professional at all times
Physical and Other Requirements:
  • Full-Time Schedule is Monday - Friday, and an 8-Hour shift will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm in accordance with operational need, and may require working holidays.
  • This is not a remote position. This position is located at our training facility in Denver, CO.
  • Moderate noise functional (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group cubicle setting)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
  • This is not a Department of Transportation Safety-sensitive position.
