As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. Job Requirements:
- FREQUENT overnight travel- there is a possibility during peak times that you will stay overnight at locations within your region for MANY of the stops in your driving route-details to be discussed during your interview with the hiring manager. Meals and accommodations are paid for by the company.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
- Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Work independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:
- Facility and/or grounds maintenance
- Construction
- HVAC
- Cable installation
- Route driving
- Roofing
