Job Description
Our Security Team ensures safety for our associates, suppliers, and our shoppers — in our stores and in our offices. They uphold safety protocol and procedure, and physically patrol our facilities, responding to emergency situations as needed. Our Physical Security Specialists role is an hourly uniform security officer position.
Qualifications
You are a good fit for our Physical Security Specialists role if:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a relevant position, law enforcement, emergency services, fire, EMS, military, security or related field.
- Possess a valid, active US Driver’s License
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
- You are a team player with ability to work with associates on all levels.
- You have situational awareness.
- You have de-escalation skills.
- Comfortable responding to medical emergencies.
- You are a subject matter expert in all aspects of physical security, and you have a proven record of success applying that expertise in a corporate environment.
- You have strong communication skills to interact with associates, guests and visitors.
- You are a Physical Security Professional, a Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Certified Protection Professional (ASIS) or have other relevant physical security certifications.
- You are an avid bicyclist or have a certification for the International Police Mountain Bike Association ( IPMBA), Bicycle Patrol.
