Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers, introduce our products, and promote services.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport and establish trust with callers.
- Document interactions in our CRM system to track outreach efforts and follow-ups.
- Learn and understand our product offerings to provide accurate information and compelling arguments.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to shared goals and improve strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions to represent The House of Mercier effectively.
- No experience in outbound calling or sales is necessary; training will be provided.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
