- Provide dedicated concierge-level support for certificate lifecycle management
- Monitor certificate deployments and alert clients of potential issues or expirations
- Support security assessments focusing on PKI infrastructure
- Help maintain documentation for secure certificate implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate encryption solutions within existing security frameworks
- Assist in delivering client training on certificate management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 0-2 years experience in IT security or related field
- Basic understanding of PKI and digital certificates
- Familiarity with common encryption protocols and standards
- Experience with basic security tools and platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Security+ or related entry-level certification
- Familiarity with automated certificate management tools
