We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for Medical clients. This person will assist with inputting, organizing, and managing data from our client's facility portal into our CRM. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.
What you'll do
1. Daily data input accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases.
2. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
3. Organize and maintain data files and records electronically and in hard copy.
4. Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
5. Sort, compile, and process data to generate reports, charts, and other documents.
6. Retrieve and extract data from various sources or documents as required.
7. Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
8. Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality.
9. Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times.
10. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet productivity goals.
