The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of MoneyGram paid media investments for branding and acquisition business objectives. The role will focus on paid media investments and work in collaboration with analytics, influencer, CRM, sponsorship, organic social, and creative teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with external agencies to ensure execution of marketing strategies in support of overall and regional growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Works cross-functionally to evaluate and define the holistic communication strategy as it relates to paid media such as paid social, programmatic (display/video), SEM/SEO, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), TV/CTV and more.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for campaigns, partner with agency on effective spend re/allocation, and reconcile actual spend vs. planned budget
  • Manage 3rd party agencies and partners to ensure execution of planned strategy and performance.
  • Manage campaigns to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop clear, concise presentations that showcase goals, tactics, execution, learnings and results
  • Works with data team on audience segmentation, including list management
  • Evaluates current overall process for marketing communications and makes recommendations for improvements; implements recommended changes to process across teams
  • Launches A/B tests, analyzes results, and identifies actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • Hands-on agency experience
  • Experience with app campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with acquisition media, programmatic and/or paid social
  • 5+ years eMarketing experience (eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience will also be considered).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, best practices, and technologies.
  • Skilled/certified with Meta Ads Manager, GA4, DSPs (i.e. The Trade Desk), Mobile Measurement Partners (i.e.. AppsFlyer)
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Foundational understanding of paid media attribution models (e.g., Last Touch, MTA, MMM)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding, analysis and management of brand and acquisition media such as paid search, display, retargeting, affiliate, SEM/SEO, TV/CTV/online video
  • Communicate efficiently and work well with teams cross-functionally across the globe
  • Team-player - willing to flex and compromise in order to create the best solution to meet the team’s and business's needs
  • Experience managing and interacting with all levels within the organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, approve/reject requests, gain alignment from other departments when necessary
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance – ability to drive projects forward despite obstacles
  • Demonstrated track record of creative and structured approach to problem solving
  • Experience reporting and analyzing data and making fact-based decisions
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfortable using Excel and other analytics or BI tools.
  • Experience generating new ideas from conception to market launch and acceptance
  • Strong presence and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in a 2nd or 3rd language such as Spanish, French, German is a plus

Anticipated Base Pay: $110K-140K + participation in our annual bonus plan.
