Course: English Composition IThis is a writing-intensive course in writing academic prose, including various types of essays, arguments, and constructions.Other Course Approvals May Include:Writing for the 21st Century Workplace Introduction to Basic Grant Writing The Art and Craft of Creative Writing Communicating Scientific Ideas to Popular Audiences Methods for Teaching Writing, Grammar & Linguistics for Secondary Education Methods for Teaching Literature for Secondary Education AND/OR Professional Writing CapstoneWhat You Will Do:

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
