Principal Solution Analyst-UKG

Job title: Principal Solution Analyst-UKG in Miramar, FL at Genuent Company: Genuent Job description: Title: Senior UKG consultant Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL, 3 days onsite. Possible remote Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire Compensation: $60-65/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.UKG Timekeeping and Time Management

• Purely Functional Roles – hands on functional configuration

• Configurating and modifying cross reference tables, accrual policies, CRPs, business structure, holidays, employment terms, employee job profiles, integration schedules
• We are not looking for Dell Boomi experience
• Must have hands on functional UKG configuration experience

• Must be able to develop Function Specs (if required occasionally)
• Must be very experienced
• Team player
• Coaching, guiding, and mentoring junior team members on configuration and best practices

• No direct reports officially but will be mentoring (peer reviewing configuration documentations and functional documentations)
• Still configuring as a contributor
• Years of experience: almost architect level – ideally 9-10+ years experience
• Should have seen multiple implementations and projects within UKG
• Well versed with multiple functionalities in UKG system
• Just finished implementing UKG for all sites across 50 states – will have major projects (50 projects), enhancements (2k+ annually), and product stabilization of the UKG product
