- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is highly desirable.
