The position involves managing multiple critical orgs that serve various agencies, collaborating with developers, system integrators, and business teams. A Salesforce Administrator certification is a mandatory requirement.Key Responsibilities and Required Skills: * Managing Orgs:
  • Set up and manage Salesforce orgs and sandboxes.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins.
  • Manage custom object deployments to prevent disruptions to other applications.
  • Maintain consistent environments for multiple applications and oversee the release management schedule.
  • User and Access Management:
  • Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Implement and enforce security policies across the platform.
  • Data Management:
  • Handle data import/export, manage data quality, and deduplicate records.
  • Apply validation rules to maintain data integrity.
  • System Configuration:
  • Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
  • Integration Support:
  • Set up and maintain integrations using middleware tools like Mulesoft, Adobe, Box, Java-based systems, ForgeRock, and Identity Management.
  • Change Management:
  • Manage sandbox environments, conduct system testing, and deploy changes following approved processes.
  • User Support & Training:
  • Provide end-user support, develop training materials, and conduct onboarding and enablement sessions.
  • Release Readiness & Documentation:
  • Assess new Salesforce releases, test changes, and update system documentation accordingly.
