Job title: Government Recruiter in USA at Sane Street Company: Sane Street Job description: Job Description:This role is responsible for the expansion and maintenance of Dane Street's physician panel to meet client and operational needs. This production-based role involves onboarding new physicians, negotiating agreements within pre-established guidelines, and ensuring ongoing compliance and accuracy of physician data. This role works closely with business leads, operational teams, and the Director of Operations to ensure the government team meets current and future demands.Dane Street's success relies on individual and team contributions every day. It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results.Requirements:MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPanel Expansion & Recruitment
  • Partner with business leads to identify specialty and geographic gaps in the panel
  • Research, identify, and recruit new physicians to support operational volume
  • Negotiate cost and contract terms within established fee schedules and TAT requirements
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including collection of agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDBs
  • Set fee structures in collaboration with the Director of Operations
Panel Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate physician profile instructions, updated fees, doctor groups, and remit-to details
  • Process physician deactivation/reactivation and manage W9 updates
  • Oversee and manage physician payment recoups to ensure compliance with contracts
  • Assist physician reviewers with technical or case-related inquiries
  • Provide onboarding and system access instructions (e.g., DS dictation tools)
Team Leadership & Operational Support
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of new and existing Network Specialists
  • Contribute to performance feedback and team member views
  • Support Network Manager with outreach reports, review of Open Service Requests (OSRs), and high-priority sourcing needs
  • Lead or assist with special projects and strategic initiatives based on evolving business requirements
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above.
