You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to improve and scale the provider search and recommendation system. Your expertise in full-stack development will allow you to deliver high-quality solutions that will make a direct impact on the healthcare experience for users. This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and development of new features, focusing on improving the overall quality and functionality of the product
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to define and iterate on new product ideas
• Ensure secure coding practices to protect user privacy and data security
• Contribute to the maintenance and support of the application in production, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Apply modern technologies and techniques to build scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong expertise in TypeScript (preferred) or modern JavaScript, with experience using React and Node.js
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and working with major cloud providers
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working in agile teams and using agile methodologies
• Knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, NATS, AWS, and Terraform is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
