We believe in working collaboratively with our clients and employees to achieve success.DS Technologies Inc is looking for PBM Strategy and Implementation Consultant role for one of our premier clients.Job Title: PBM Strategy and Implementation Consultant Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote) Tax Terms : Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Industry: Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management Job Category: Strategy & Implementation / Healthcare ConsultingOverview: We are seeking a PBM Strategy and Implementation Consultant to lead a pharmacy supply chain transition and manage the execution of a new PBM vendor relationship. This role demands strong leadership, execution accountability, PBM expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery and business readiness.Position: ContractResponsibilities:Lead execution of PBM transition including financial model implementationAct as the Business Lead for all related workstreams and milestonesManage contract negotiations and vendor performanceDefine and communicate the value story to stakeholdersOversee business readiness including training, communication, and role alignmentCollaborate with PMO, IT, Ops, and external vendors for seamless executionIdentify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance and performance optimizationTranslate business requirements into actionable plans with cross-functional teamsRequirement Qualifications:7+ years of experience in pharmacy supply chain, PBM operations, or pharmacy servicesProven experience in PBM transition or implementation at a health plan, PBM, or consulting firmExpertise in PBM contracting, claims adjudication, financial modeling, and rebate managementStrong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial pharmacy operationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)Strong decision-making, leadership, and vendor management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Qualifications:MBA or equivalent graduate degreeExperience in projects involving CVS Caremark or similar PBM platformsFamiliarity with regulated environments and large-scale healthcare transitionsCandidate Details:Must have prior experience leading PBM transitionsShould possess strong PBM financial and operational domain knowledgeMust demonstrate leadership, communication, and execution capabilityReady for contract-to-hire and occasional travel to client siteIf you are interested, Kindly share your resume to [email protected], [email protected] DS Technologies - TeamDS Technologies Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
