  • Business Development: Work with existing and new industry contacts to develop specific contract manufacturing and formula development plans.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the hair and liquid products line that aligns with company goals and objectives.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance brand visibility, distribution channels, and product offerings.Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base, and optimizing pricing strategies.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retailers, and potential clients, to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Required)
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the beauty, industry - must have Contract Manufacturing specific experience.(Required)
  • Experience within liquid beauty products - on the value based / formula side.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of business development professionals.(Required)
  • Ability to travel as needed to establish and nurture partnerships.
My client is a high growth market leader in contract manufacturing within the beauty space. Products they manufacturer on on shelves across the nation in places like Sephora, Macy's, Target, Walmart, Rite Aid, etc. They are seeking a seasoned industry vet in this space to help drive company growth.
  • $150-175k base salary pending industry experience (+ commission and bonus - 25% with opportunity to over perform)
  • Highly competitive benefits package
  • Remote role - Anywhere in the US with preference in Northeast but flexible for the right candidate
  • 30% travel expectation to clients, industry events etc.
